By creating an account or using Tandem, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Tandem provides scheduling, clock-in, time-tracking, and team-management tools on mobile and web. We may evolve features over time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. The service is intended for businesses and their staff, not for individuals under 16.

You can start free on the Starter plan. Paid plans are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until cancelled. Only the business pays; employees use the app at no cost. Cancel anytime in your app-store settings.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.

Managers are responsible for obtaining their employees’ consent to process their information and for complying with applicable labour and privacy laws. Tandem is a tool; it does not replace legal advice.

Tandem, its logo, and its software belong to CreativeCosmos. Your data belongs to you; you grant us the right to process it in order to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, CreativeCosmos is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. You remain responsible for verifying your schedules and payroll calculations.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Québec and of Canada.
