1. Who we are
Tandem is a scheduling and time-management application operated by CreativeCosmos (Quebec Wushu Inc.), in Québec, Canada. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
- Account: name, email, and an encrypted password when you create an account.
- Business & employee data: managers enter their staff’s names, roles, pay rates, schedules, punches, and time-off requests.
- Usage & device: basic technical data and notification tokens used to deliver push notifications.
3. How we use your data
We use data only to provide and improve the service: building schedules, tracking time, sending notifications, processing subscriptions, and providing support. We never sell your data.
4. Sharing & processors
We rely on trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (hosting & database), Apple and Google (in-app purchases & push), and RevenueCat (subscription management). We do not share your data for advertising.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app (More → Delete account), which removes your associated data.
6. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secure infrastructure with access controls. No system is perfect, but we apply standard industry practices.
7. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your information. Managers manage their employees’ data in the app; employees may request a correction from their employer or contact us.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
